I love blue cheese, so of course I loved all of these. The Crater Lake & Maytag are my absolute favorites. All were creamy & flavorful.....I used the Maytag in a mac & cheese recipe. FANTASTIC! We eat blue cheese on crackers (altho I don't care for the water crackers. I want a more complex cracker (multi grain, etc) with my blue cheese. We have also melted all of these into amazing grilled cheese sandwiches, or on top of burgers, or crumbled onto salads. One of our favorites is crumbled on fresh sliced tomatoes, then drizzle with balsamic vinegar. We also enjoy blue cheese with pears.
