A very nice butter with a clean taste. Dense, creamy, smooth and dependable. I save certain "finishing" butters for the table, if they are cultured or offer some uniqueness of flavour that would be lost in cooking. But I stock up on this butter for baking and sauteeing. I like that, being from New Zealand, there's no issue regarding hormones, antibiotics or grain feeding. Very well-priced for its quality.
