The most flavorful, creamy, and refined butter I have ever found. When I opened the package of this butter, I caught a whiff of the aroma of Parmasiano Reggiano cheese...but absolutely no 'cheesy' taste. It is delicate, yet enriched all the dishes I used it on...It is a treat to use this butter as the base in any sauce, pasta, or even scrambled eggs! Just the best of the best!!
