These cheeses are: Double Gloucester, Caerphilly, Cheshire, Leicester, and Cheddar. The cheese has a very dramatic appearance and a very pleasing flavor. If you are a fan of any of these British classics, this is definitely a cheese to try.

This is a beautiful-looking cheese, as you can see in the photograph, but it is very plain otherwise. It doesn't taste bad at all -- but it has no pizazz. It's just a simple cheese, pretty but bland.

I had tried a 5 County cheese at a market in D.C. and I was hoping this would be the same in taste. Unfortunately it was not nearly as good as that I had in D.C. The flavor was not as intense as I was hoping. Overall, it was good but not one that I would buy again.
