Beet, Orange, Walnut and greens salad. The richness of the Cheddar combined with the tang of the Stilton brought this salad to a whole new level. And a glass of Champagne rounds out a memorable eating experience.
It is a rich sharp cheddar flavor and the stilton brings it to a new level of perfection.
