This cheese was amazing. I love the sweet buttery taste of it. And the fact despite being so sweet, it never lost it's cheese-ness. I loved biting into it and getting a raisin. Needless to say it disappeared fairly quickly. I will be ordering this cheese again.

I really like sticky toffee pudding and I really like cheese so putting the two together was an interesting taste sensation. It was sweet and the bits of dried dates and raisins were nice. balanced well with cheese not too sweet but not too cheesy either.

This sounded strange at first but I do like cheese with fruit so I tried it. It was so good that I didn't put it out on the dessert table at Christmas; I kept it for my own desserts and for late snacks with hot tea. I'm ordering it again once I lose 10 pounds.

First had this cheese on a cheese tasting sampler..fell in love with it right away. I have used it as a stand alone with some great crackers, and also at room temperature atop some cinnamon quick bread...wonderful combination. I am also considering making a dessert with some puff pastry .... have a couple of tasty ideas. If you are cheese lover, you must try this cheese!

If you've ever had cheese fudge, this will give you a somewhat similar feel, though it's not as sweet as fudge, and has the tangy, slightly sour tinges of cheese. I ordered this at first to try it and share with friends--two days later, too bad for the friends. With crusty bread or a bagel and some good coffee, this is breakfast.

This cheese was so good I made a meals of it, on it's own or with a solid bread. There are substantial chunks of fruit and flavor, so it doesn't need much to accompany it except a glass of wine.
