This cheese just erupts in your mouth. It's not spicy at all. Very mild bbq and chili hints, not overpowering. I get this one every time i order. It brings new life to a salad and put it out as an appetizer and people will ask where you got it. Always a favorite.

I think this item has way too much smoke flavor. The heat is also too much. Perhaps I'm just not a fan of smoked cheddar. It was not what I expected.

This cheese is a pleasant surprise with many flavors. Smokey, bbq, and chilies all come through in one bite. Try this grated on top of sloppy joes - fantastic!

I bought this for a party and everyone loved it. As it came to room temperature it became very creamy and had just enough spice to please the spicy food lovers and not too much to turn off people who do not like things too spicy. I will buy this again.

A big, bold mouth-pleasing explosion of flavor. DON'T expect a high falootin' English cheddar with a hint of smokiness. This one is backyard BBQ heaven -- packed with smoke, heat, and cheddary twang to leave you smacking your lips. It is softer in texture than regular cheddar which is why it lends itself to melting. Burgers will swoon. I'm ordering more.

This will stand out on your cheese board. We enjoyed our first wedge with fruit, crostini, and champagne. A great compliment to grapes, apples, and other fruit, and a nice break from standard smoked cheddar.
