Finlandia is the best Swiss I have ever tasted and it has no added hormones which is a great benefit to me. Flavorful and also lactose free.

I am lactose intolerant and it is wonderful to find a cheese I can eat without the usual side effects. I use it in casseroles, melted on sandwiches, tossed with a salad. Wonderful product!!
