I love everything about this cheese. I love how it spreads on crackers. I even love the rind. It does wonderful things IN my mouth just like a complex wine. If I could define heaven it would be an endless supply of this cheese, crackers and a good Cabernet or maybe a Pinor.

Very good taste, just the right amount of goat tang. It is not as soft or creamy as most camemberts, but refreshing. I travel often to France and love sampling cheeses there, but hadn't seen this camembert. Even cheeses by the same fabricators differ, but the 2 orders of this camembert [...] have been really good in flavor and texture. A hit at parties.

This is quite different from your ordinary Camambert. Very pungent flavor and very smooth. If you're looking for a mild Camambert skip this one; if you're looking for something different give this a try.

A perky little number rises above the hum-drum of a typical camembert with the piquancy typically associated with better goat cheeses. Good enough to spoil yourself without being too decadent, and certainly don't waste on unappreciative guests.
