This is one of my favorites. It is extremely smooth and creamy. It is consistent every time. It is hard not to finish this cheese in one sitting. I usually eat it with toasted baguette but it is also wonderful with any type of cracker. Order two, one is not enough. You wont regret it.

I have almost abandoned my former favorite cheese in favor of d'Affinois. I have never had a bad experience with this lovely cheese. It's wonderful at room temperature with water crackers or with pears. If you like the brie/camembert/triple cream types, do yourself a favor and buy this instantly! The only possible drawback is immediate addiction!

Simply Delicious! Creamy and buttery taste that is just delightful! It's described as similar to a brie but this is far and away better than brie. Much more full bodied and no "wang".
This size is great for a few people to share with wine and some bread and fruit.
I give it the Five stars because it truly is perfect and could NOT be any better.

So creamy!
