Triple cream cheeses are my favorite. Mid afternoon snack to appease my hunger; the other time is use it is before or after dinner. Not all in the same day.

This triple-cream cheese is wonderfully creamy and smooth and goes great with crusty French bread. It is just a tad "stinky", especially when you first unwrap it, but it has a nice fresh flavor, with a little bit of tartness. Very decadent stuff and could become a habit.
