My sister served the Cracked Peppercorn at Easter as an appetizer. I had already ordered the Light Garlic and Herb. It was surprisingly yummy. I wish I had bought more. Will definitely order again.

We were on a[...]Cruise when we tried this for the first time and became hooked. While everyone else was rushing around to see all of the shows, the wife and I would race to the Cove Cafe on board to relax while the hostess took care of our wine and cheese craving.

The garlic and fine herbs version is full of little bits of garlic, but doesn't overwhelm the creamy, tangy cheese. This can easily stand up to the flavor of most any bread or cracker, and spreads nicely. Delicious!
