I love cheese, but this one is the winner. My favorite time to eat it is as a snack. As a diabetic, delicious low-carb choices are hard to find - at least they were until I found this. I will never be without it. Thanks!

If you love wasabi; and who doesn't; then you will greatly enjoy this surprising cheese. It's tangy, it's smooth, it's what you want when you want something funky but not too stinky. Wasabi Beemster makes a great appetizer when melted over toasted garlic bread; also great in salads with a fresh vinaigrette. Use it wherever you would use a feta and you will be surprised by the results. Love, love, love it!
