It had a most amazing flavor that was almost citrusy, Zesty and bright while the texture was creamy and smooth. The smallest bit held in the mouth filled my palate with flavor and aroma. My only regret for having tried this amazing cheese is its price, because now I want a small bit every day! It is a stand alone taste. I tried a bit with baguette, water cracker,etc.... The best way was right off of the knife. The flavor rolls around in your mouth and lingers a long time, so thankfully a little goes a long way. If anyone wants to send me something for christmas,birthday,whatever special day-please send more of this!

This is a wonderful hors d'oeuvre cheese with thinly sliced sour dough baguettes. For truffle lovers, it is a sublime flavor and can be used in many ways. It would be wonderful melted in a sandwich or gourmet type of quesadilla, or even for a special eggs benedict recipe.

This is by far my favorite cheese. I serve it at every dinner party and my guests rave! I also use boschetto when making my "truffled" mac 'n' cheese for my family. I make a baked pasta with penne or rigatoni and blend the boschetto with some parmiggiano and some good cheddar. Outrageous!

At first, we were a bit disappointed with the bland flavor of this cheese although I had taken it out of the fridge about an hour before serving. However, another 15, 20 minutes into dinner, the transformation happened and the exquisite truffle flavor revealed itself. Beautifully balanced cheese with complex character. Loved it! Just make sure you really take it out of the fridge a long time before serving to fully experience the great taste...

This is a wine tasting favorite. We having been ordering this cheese for several years and have tried it melted and in dishes but it is just so good to eat all by itself. No cracker needed!

This is the best cheese! We went through it in less than a week. Part of the problem is we wanted everyone to taste it. So next time I will order the bigger size. I'm so glad you carry it, I can't find anything like it around here....

Served this cheese with thin rosemary crackers and prosciutto. Everyone loved it! I will definitely order this cheese in my very next order and it is now my favorite cheese!
