Comments about Mountain Gorgonzola:

My family adores this cheese, as it beautifully adorns a steak, or a burger with just enough WOW to tickle your tastebuds. It works well as a dress-up cheese for a gourmet macaroni & cheese entree, with portabella's, and grilled onions as a topping. A lovely addition to mixed salad of argula, spinach, and romaine; be sure to include cranberries or blueberries, and either pecans or walnuts, as this fabulous Blue-Cheese marries nicely with these ingredients, and seems to bring out the flavors very nicely!

Love this cheese, tangy, pungent, and mildly sweet. Its a staple at our house. The tang and mild sweetness save it from being too harsh, its just addictive. Its a bit strong for my husband, but hes not a real blue cheese aficionado.

I used this cheese in an omelet with onions, broccoli and roasted peppers. As the cheese is very rich I only needed a small amount. It added a fantastic flavor and richness to the eggs.

Absolutely delicious! This cheese is absolutely too good as a starter to have any left over for salads or recipes (though I am sure it would be delicious in anything). Highly recommend this cheese. Very mild, with a pleasant tang.
