Jarlsberg Lite is a rindless, low-fat variety of Jarlsberg introduced in the late ‘80's. Jarlsberg Light also has the characteristic large, round holes. It is pliable and can be cut with a cheese slicer. The taste is rich, slightly sweet, and nutty. This cheese is ideal for cheese boards and in salads. Choose regular Jalsberg for cooking.
