We love this chesse have order more than once, it is great melted in a sandwich, cut up in a salad, grated on pasta, it's just a wonderful cheese and will buy again.

This is another of the fabulous Polish cheeses that go well with anything. I often melt it over vegetables or pasta. It is also good as a snack with crackers. It's consistency is very smooth, it doesn't taste starchy like other cheeses. It has a bit of a tang to it. Wonderful cheese!

A milder, semi-soft cheese that is great eating plain, with crackers, in a taosted cheese sandwich, or... Very flexible in use with a milder flavor.
