I bought a few different kinds of cheese...sadly this is not the worst, but second to worst. It tastes like the grass that the animals feed on. It smells pretty much like it tastes. It also says on here that it is unpasteurized, but when I recieved it, it says on the package that it is pasteurized. Maybe it would be better to have with wine like the description says, but you might need a few glasses before it would start tasting even close to okay.

Comments about Bica:

This is probably the softest, smoothest cheese I've tried so far. This would be perfect to try just for a snack in between meals. I either eat it alone or melted over some eggs.
