Seriously Strong Cheddar is The UK's top selling cheddar. A racy ad campaign got people to try it, but it was the distinctive, punchy flavor that kept them buying it. Seriously Strong Cheddar is made by the Caledonian Cheese Company, part of the Mclelland Group, in Stranraer in southwest Scotland. This award-winning creamery uses milk produced by the finest dairy farms in Dumfries and Galloway. The mild, moist climate, lush pastures, and rolling hills make this unspoiled part of Scotland ideal for dairy farmers. Seriously Strong Cheddar has an excellent bite to it, as the name suggests, but so much more - hints of caramel and butterscotch also pique the palate. This moist, wonderfully textured cheddar is suitable for eating anytime. It's great melted too!

    This the best chedder cheese we have tasted.
    Very pungent,excellant no matter how you want to use it. Combined with fruit&wine or melted on a sandwich,anyway you choose you'll be surprised how different this chesse is from your store bought type. I will not eat any other chedder but this. Remarkable and lasting flavor. We love it

    This cheese does not slice, it crumbles. It crumbles into chunks and shards of rich, hearty cheddar. If you're one of those folks who like cute little perfect slices or cubes of cheese, this is not for you. If, however, you are a flavor freak and aren't obsessed with shape, you will love this deeply resonating cheddar cheese. It is classy and sassy.

    I purchased this for my mother who has a vegan diet, but when I tried it.......Wow, I had to come back for mine and I am not a real "cheese-head" or cheddar lover. Never had any other like it.
