This cheese has been a family favorite for generations. It has a sharp flavorful taste. If you like Romano, Parmasean or Provolone, you'll love this cheese. I use it in antipasto salads, grated on pasta, shredded in spinich artichoke dip or just leave it on the cutting board and savor paper thin slices that melt in your mouth.
