Very delicate in flavor, I found this cheese to be at it's best as an after dinner cheese, served with artisan breads, fruit and sherry. I did try one experiment with it that turned out amazingly well, I used it to make a horseradish and cheese sauce; the delicate and creamy flavor was perfect with the sharpness of the horseradish! I will do that again!

This cheese is excellent and it is true, this cheese does melt in your mouth. I loved eating this cheese with crackers and would definitely buy it again.

I have been looking for Graddost cheese for 30 years - ever since my dad used to bring it back from Sweden on business trips. This is not really Graddost - hence the "Graddost like" description. The label that comes on the cheese says Danish Havarti - so what I thought I was ordering was not Swedish cheese at all but Danish cheese. That said, the cheese is flavorful and tastes good. It is just not real Graddost. How disappointing.

This is the best I ever tasted.
