Located in: Cheese, Sweden
Celebrity Swiss is a newcomer to the Swedish cheese family. Similar to Emmental, this nutty variation has rapidly become a best seller. Celebrity Swiss is based on the original Emmentaler recipe, though it is slightly sweeter than its counterpart from Switzerland. It has medium-sized holes and a smooth texture. Enjoy it in omelettes, melted on burgers or hot open-faced sandwiches, cubed as a snack, or in salads.

Comments about Celebrity Swedish Swiss:

I wanted to eat this on crisp breads. It was difficult to fit it on this since it was in a wedge I bought from the round wheel. I would have liked to have had it in rectangular shape to fit the crisp bread or crackers.
