I love this cheese. It tastes creamy, and is a firm cheese. There is no waste, since you don't need to cut away anything. They are packaged nicely 6 pieces seperately per pack, so you can eat them whenever you feel like it. I love them to a crisply piece of bread, on toast, or just plain without anything else.
