MY HUSBAND AND I SNACKED ON THIS CHEESE EACH EVENING BEFORE SUPPER - AND EVERY EVENING HE WOULD SAY THE SAME THING "HOW DO THEY DO THAT?" COMBINING THE CHEESE WITH THE HORSERADISH IS TRULY A GREAT COMBINATION. WE WILL BE ORDERING MORE!!

A nice mild cheese, very inoffensive, enjoyed by almost everyone, even those who aren't that keen on horseradish ...It was really very very mild, we would have preferred the horse to have more of a presence, a bite.

This cheese has a nice texture, in between the firmness of a regular cheddar and a creamy cheese, which I really like. However, its flavor is extremely mild - it was completely overwhelmed by multi-grain crackers. it might be OK with water crackers (which I don't like). When I cut it into chunks to eat on its own, I was able to enjoy its flavor, but it wasn't interesting enough to make this a repeat purchase.

I was disappointed to find that this tasted like processed cheese. It was creamy, and had a notable horseradish taste, but I was expecting more of a traditional cheddar flavor. Maybe I just dont have a taste for young cheddar.

We truly enjoy this cheese. We used to find it at a Target Super Center not far from us and then they stopped carrying it and I called all other grocery stores trying to locate it but to no avail. I was so excited to find it again. I have a 94 year old aunt who likes it as much as we do so I ordered her some for Christmas when I ordered ours. Thanks for having it.
