cheese is okay, I've had better. Was going for something that brought back happy cheese eating memories from childhood in Michigan. As an American of Arabic heritage, I've had this type of cheese before, this was okay, but not the best. In regard to recommendations there are too many incredible cheeses available on Igourmet for me to say I would recommend an average one.
