This superb cheese by the Artisan cheese makers at Roth Kase was the 2004 and 2005 first place winner at the American Cheese Society and gold medalist at the 2005 World Cheese Awards in London. Similar in style to Spanish Manchego, GranQueso has a firm body and a rich, full flavor. This handcrafted cheese is shelf-cured and has a traditional “basket-weave” rind. GranQueso is a superb addition to any cheese board, and is perfect for grating on soups and salads.

Excellent cheese to grate onto a salad or into soup. Can also be thinly sliced and melted onto burgers which adds great flavor!
