Comments about Winey Blue:

Just a touch too salty, but not enough to scare you off. We tried this melted over fabulous steaks, in a cream cheese and caper spread, and crumbled over blueberries with cream. Yummy! This is definitely a do-over.

Comments about Winey Blue:

Makes a wonderful addition to a cheese and fruit display. The balance of the blue cheese and wine is perfect. Very creamy and smooth. If using for a salad, it is best to cut chunks rather than attempting to crumble the cheese.
