
had a wonderful flavor. a little tart, creamy and smooth. i use it on crackers, as a spread or sometimes i just eat it on its own.
A wonderfull flavor but very crumbly. Had trouble using it for anything but omlettes. Difficult to spread because it falls apart as you try to use it. But if makes a great omlette filling
A pleasant surprise with this cheese of excellant flavor that lends itself well to numerous baked dishes, on crackers, or for the purists of us, by itself.
