Comments about Savory Secret Non-Dessert Cheesecakes:

We had the garlic flavor as a trial run, which was very tasty! Big roasted garlic flavor that went well with the creaminess of the cheesecake texture, and just a little onion-y chive. The red peppper flavor is next on our list. I didn't have a problem serving it to my in-laws, although a crisper crust might pair better with the creaminess of the filling.

These are GREAT! We got the Gorgonzola (PLEASE GET MORE IN STOCK!!) We put it out at a party and it was devoured. We also got the Salmon and it was great with the salad we prepared. I would suggest that you follow the directions and make sure that you heat them up first so they are not crumbly(see the negative review).

Dry and crumbly
By SusanVerified Reviewer from Hawaii on 2/22/2007
Cons:
Bad Value, Expensive, Low Quality
Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Comments about Savory Secret Non-Dessert Cheesecakes:

I served the mushroom and fontina cheesecake as an appetizer at a dinner party. The "cheesecake" was dry and crumbly and completely unspreadable. A few brave (or very hungry) guests managed to put a few crumbs on a baguette slice, but most just ignored it. It quickly became a pile of crumbs that was very unappetizing. I ended up throwing it out.

I double checked the date on the packaging and it was served well within the recommended date.
