This incredible, creamy butter is made under the supervision of the Chimay monks of the Trappist Abbey of Scourmont. To make this fine butter, milk is drawn from herds of cattle that graze in the pastures of Chimay, close to the French border. These lucky cows spend their days wandering along the rivers and through the forests, always in search of the tastiest greens and blooms. Their milk produces a fresh, clean-tasting butter with a light yellow color and an ultra creamy texture. Truly one of kind. Available in Salted and Unsalted.

Excellent! Definitely blows away grocery store butter. You'll never go back to bland, tasteless butter and I bet you'll realize that your regular butter is, in fact, tasteless, once you try this. We feel it's worth the extra money vs cheaper grocery store bought butter.

I absolutely love this butter. I have eaten American butter all of my life, and was just recently introduced to the joys of eating European butter. It is richer, more flavorful, and tastes clean and wonderful. I use this on everything.
