Each cheese is raw milk, made from humane-certified, grass-fed cows.
This cheese is a mild-yet-flavorful, creamy, Dutch-style full fat cheese. Soft and springy, the inside is scattered with a number of small, birds-eye sized holes; not the overly large holes you would expect from an Emmental-style cheese. Bavarian Swiss tastes smooth, slightly salty, with a lactic tang stretching out the finish.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
.. but it's still delish! This cheese is a very mild but yummy hard cheese, perfect for sandwiches (on a tuna melt it's divine). I love Hendrick's cheeses because I know they come from healthy, grass-fed cows, otherwise I may have given this product only 3 stars. It's a great cheese, but it's a bit more like a tangy farmer cheese than a Swiss cheese on my palete.
