It was difficult to not eat it all immediatly, but once I banished my Husband to the front room, I did manage to melt some on grilled Portabellas, with divine results. A rare and special treat.

sorry guys, this was a real disapointment. it was mushy and bland. i didn't taste ANY truffle....it didn't even taste like cheese.....

HAD BIG PLANS TO MAKE SOME SALADS AND QUICHE WITH THIS - OPENED IT UP TO GIVE IT A TASTE AND ENDED UP POLISHING IT OFF BETWEEN ME AND MY TWO SONS. VERY CREAMY - NOT RUBBERY LIKE STORE MOZZARELLA.
