  • Beemster Classic Extra Aged Gouda: An 18-month old Dutch masterpiece that has been enjoyed in Holland for over 800 years. (8 oz.)
  • Kerrygold Ivernia: Kerrygold Ivernia is a ripe, hard cheese. Aged for three years, it is rich in elegant and complex flavors. Cut, grate, slice or shred Ivernia. It can be used similarly to any Italian hard cheese. (8 oz)
  • Farmhouse Kefalotiri: Made in central Greece from fresh milk of free-ranging sheep and goats. Farmhouse Kefalotiri cheese is a true artisan cheese made during months when grasses and plants are green for a sweet flavor. (8 oz)
  • Crucolo: Crucolo has a moist texture, dotted with holes, and is made from raw cow's milk. This cheese is aged in the cellars of Rifugio Crucolo along with various kinds of cold meats and salami, wines, liqueurs and grappa. These scents and molds give the cheese of the Rifugio Crucolo that sweet-bitter-spicy taste which makes it so unique. (8 oz)

I sliced these cheese for a cook-out and served them with cracked wheat crackers and turkey summer sausage. I had to refill the plate twice to keep up with everybody eating it. It was the best thing at the cookout.
