These cheeses are big and bold, perfect for snacking on whenever hunger calls. Red Leaf Cheddar: The result of 150 years of cheddar-making experience, aged over 12 months, this Canadian cheddar is soft on the palate yet bursts with a tangy finish. (8 oz.)
Whiskey Blue:Whiskey Blue is aged with bourbon whiskey which adds a smoky flavor. A spectacular unpasteurized Wisconsin Blue makes up the base of this cheese, which is then repeated washed down with sweet, smooth bourbon. (8 oz.)
Rauchkase: This specialty was originally produced by Trappist Monks in the abbey of Rotthalmunster. You can cook with Rauchkase, but we recommend doing as the Bavarians do; just cut slices and eat with your favorite breads, cold cuts, and raw veggies. (8 oz.)
Beemster Classic Extra Aged Gouda: Ripened for a full 18 months to develop a nutty, caramel-like flavor, this is the Gouda the Dutch keep for themselves! It is always a crowd pleaser. (8 oz.)

Gave this as a gift to my mother and father. They were kind enough to save some for my visit and share with with me. Each cheese had distinct flavors and were a great choice on it's own. We really enjoyed this gift box.

I bought this for my husbands birthday and he was crazy about it, and it was all gone within a couple of days. The cheddar and the garlic one were his favorites, but they were all tasty. Will be back for more gifts for sure.

Served this as part of a cheese/fruit tray at a buffet. First, the whisky blue had been substituted with a "winey blue", which was ok, but definitely not as described. The cheddar and bruder basil were ok, but not outstanding. The garlic cheese was not edible, even by my husband who will eat just about anything.
