This classic Venetian cake is prepared with fine ingredients and is enriched with the pleasant and delicate taste of Radicchio from Treviso. Fregolatta means “crumb “in Venetian dialect. Crisp and crunchy, Fregolatta is perfect eaten with an aperitif. This dessert is a wonderful palette cleanser as it is not too sweet and really complements your favorite drink from wine (red or white) to liqueurs. It can also be crushed into small pieces and sprinkled with Grappa. Try crushed pieces in fresh cream or with liquered fruit.

Ingredients are all natural: Type "00" wheat flour, Radicchio Rosso di Treviso Tardivo I.G.P. (30%), sugar, butter, eggs, whole milk, natural flavorings (citrus, vanilla bean), and salt. Enjoy a taste of Veneto!
