The traditional Panettone is one of the symbols of the city of Milan. They say that on Christmas Eve, the Duke Ludovico the Moor, Lord of Milan, held a great court dinner. On that occasion a scullery boy named Toni offered the "sweet bread", enhanced with candied fruits and a golden brown dome. The Duke baptized it with the name of its creator and since then everyone has eaten and celebrated with the bread of Toni: "pan del Toni", that is, the Panettone.
Purchase includes two muffins, imported from Italy.

These panettone muffins are fresh and rich - probably the best I've ever had. And the size is just right with a hot cup of coffee!
