A Tuscan tradition, Torrone is a nougat bar made from egg whites, honey, almonds, and sugar. It hardens into a candy as it is slowly cooked in copper kettles. Made in small batches and rolled on cold slabs, this Torrone is made by Corsini, the most respected pastry company in Tuscany since 1921.

Comments about Casa Corsini Astuccio Torrone:

Tastes homemade. The hazelnuts, almonds and pistachio nuts were very fresh! Great with a cup of coffee or paired with some fresh citrus fruits.
