The white chocolate was a nice foil for the strong flavor of rosemary. Not too strong on the rosemary, just enough to hang on the finish. The white chocolate was very buttery and delicious - did not carry that "odd" flavor that some white chocolate does.

this stuff was SO STRONG it could knock your head off! we only tried the clove. it was so bad we threw it away. sorry i gourmet...this was WAY to wierd....not good.
