Comments about La Parisienne Couture Cocoa:
If your tastes run to rich, dark hot chocolates-- the kind that are more liquid chocolate than mild cocoa-- this is one of the best I've had. It's silky-smooth, very dark, with excellent depth of flavor. The directions on the back are imposing (calling for as much cream as milk, and a hand blender!) but frankly not really necessary; a simple whisk and a saucepan of hot milk is quite sufficient. Be warned: even without the cream, this is incredibly rich and *quite* strongly flavored. Only serve to serious chocaholics, and take the serving size seriously.
