I love this chocolate bar. I love to see all the different ingredients as I bite into it. As I chew, each individual flavor blends together but, yet, you can still differentiate each flavor & it's richness. No ingedient is obliterated by the other. You can definitely tell that the bars handmade. I order these time & time again. My favorites so far are pretzelogical are white lightening.

So far I have tried Pretzlogical (my favorite) and White Lightning. They are insanely delicious. Rich, smooth, decadent. I loved the product so much that I wrote to the company before I finished the first bar and I'll often drive 50 miles to a store in my state that usually carries the brand - it's that good! I'm looking forward to trying all the other flavors - I'm sure they will be equally delicious!

Berkshire Bark distinguishes itself from many other confections by remaining true to the chocolate. Lesser barks tend to overpower the chocolate itself. Seemingly in an attempt to mask the cocoa taste. Not so with Berkshire. Each ingredient enhances the chocolate's flavor.

The right amount of heat, and sweet and not too much of either. The best new chocolate bar, Tropical Heat has become my new favorite snack with red wine as well as my new favorite gift to give.

The Midnight Harvest and Tropical Heat are excellent. Dark rich chocolate chock full of fruit and nuts or spicy pepper. The only problem is that they seem to disappear very quickly.
