The classic after-dinner biscotti, these Cantuccinis from Tuscany are well known for their elongated oval shape and utter crispiness. They are best dipped in Vin Santo or other sweet dessert wines, and, of course, in coffee, cappuccino, or milk. Try these crisp traditional cookies with ice cream too. Made by Corsini, the most respected pastry company in Tuscany since 1921. Varieties sold separately.

The orange fruit was an oxidized brown, the edges were ragged and tattered, and they looked like had has been left in the oven at too high a temperature -- overall very unattractive. I've gotten better biscotti [...].

The orange biscotti are unusual. The bits of rind are a lovely contrast the the crunchinss. They aren't too sweet, either. Also love the almond. Haven't tried the chocolate because I don't eat chocolate.

These biscotti are fabulous! They are smaller than I expected, but that made them the perfect size to manage and snack on! They are not too crunchy and really taste like a yummy cookie! (I got the chocolate ones and look forward to getting more!)
