When I receive my order from Igourmet, It's like opening a gift. Many times , it doesn't make it into the frig, I have to eat it right away! The flavor is perfect! The frosting is creamy & rich & the cake isn't carroty." It's a perfect blend of spices & other ingredients. It's not doughy & heavy, it's cakey & light. My only complaint is that the serving is too small!
