This as a gift (for my wife)[...] it is coco not hot chocolate. I would recommend but only if you need an expensive coco for certain desserts.

I like to make my own hot chocolate mix and this is my favorite cocoa to use. It is a dark, rich brown cocoa that has a fabulous taste.
