Vosges' exotic chocolates are made from the finest ingredients offered around the world. Owner/Chocolatier, Katrina Markoff, personally chooses every spice, flower and chocolate that is flown into her Chicago kitchen. Markoff utilizes the original methods of French confectionery artistry which she learned during her training at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. Having graduated with the Grand DiplĂ´me from Le Cordon Bleu, and having worked extensively in France, Spain, Italy, Southeast Asia and Australia, her collections of haut-chocolats have great, worldly inspirations. Inspired by her global apprenticeships, Vosges chocolates have exotic influences of an 'East meets West' theme. The infusions of rare spices and flowers, combined with premium chocolate, give a delicate balance of flavor, leaving you with a layered and lingering sensation of spice and chocolate. A true 'haut-chocolat' experience.

This soothing white chocolate drinking chocolate is floral and delicious. Lemon myrtle, indigenous to the Aboriginal people of Australia, is a refreshing flavor, hinting at lemongrass and Kaffir lime leaves. Lavender flowers bring a bouquet of floral fragrance reminiscent of the fields in Provence, France. Madagascar vanilla bean from the African coast is an alluring herb with a hypnotic aroma. Try it before bedtime. White chocolate is free of caffeine.

Comments about Bianca Couture Cocoa:

i'm a huge fan of lemon myrtle so when i saw this i knew i had to try it.
and the taste is just wonderful. i love to take a hot cup of this out in my garden at night when it's cold out...just sipping and star gazing.
my only complaint is that the labels says nothing of how the cocoa and the herbs are obtained (are they fair trade? organically grown? ethically harvested)??? from the lack of information i am somewhat left to believe that they are none of the above...which is disappointing.
