Tazo Passion is a tantalizing infusion of hibiscus and other enlightening botanicals. Quite tart, it produces a bright red elixir that tastes great hot or iced. With its distinctive tropical fruit flavor, full body, clean finish, and wonderful bouquet, Tazo Passion is best served with dessert. Try it with an after-dinner cheese course or paired with fresh fruit.

Tazo was created for one purpose: to reinvent tea and the tea experience. Tazo's experienced and creative tea masters use only premium quality ingredients, yielding teas that are bold and extremely flavorful. In addition, Tazo uses 30% to 40% more tea per filterbag than other brands, filling even the largest cup with unique and distinctive flavors and aromas. Tazo also uses no "dust" (tiny tea leaf particles) to fill its filterbags - just broken leaf pieces and fannings.

The name Tazo has roots in many civilizations, meaning "river of life" in the Romany Gypsy language and spoken as a toast to life by ancient Greeks. Tazo also means "fresh" in several Hindi dialects. In ancient Babylonia, Tazo was a rejuvenating elixir thought to have magical properties. In modern society, Tazo stands for an exotic array of teas with imaginative, inviting flavors.

I bought a sampler of Tazo's teas and was totally blown away by this one. It's by far one of my favorites! It has an amazing flavor, kinda comparable to a really good port. I'm always sad when I run out! I'm a hardcore coffee drinker and former barista, but since I started drinking Tazo tea, I barely touch coffee when I'm home.
