I use this tea about every day as a standard. It is lower in caffeine than black tea but I can't drink it after dinner or I don't get to sleep on time. It is great in the morning and during the day hot or iced. It has a great balance of flavors - not grassy or overwhelmed by other flavors.
I put 6 bags in my ice tea maker to make ice tea with it. Everyone loves it!!

This is a fabulous tea. I love mint, so this is perfect for me! A slight lemon "background" mellows the strength of the mint. I have had this at all times of day, usually after lunch or with breakfast. It is also quite wonderful iced. I will buy this again, I really loved it!
