Imagine evenings in warm, sunny Spain, relaxing outside a café with a refreshing glass of beer or a fruity glass of Rioja, and simply basking in its atmosphere. One of our favorite pastimes in Spain is just this and the tapas that comes with each drink. These small snacks are always different, delicious and taste just right. This “Little Bit of Spain” will encourage you to get some beers or Spanish wine, stoke up the fire, invite some friends over, and enjoy some of the pleasures of Spain. Included:
  • Jamon Serrano is a cured Spanish ham from the famed white pig. It is salted, hung in cool conditions, and cured for fifteen months, giving it a superior and complex taste. Pre-sliced. (3.5 oz.)
  • Chorizo by Palacios is a smoky, earthy, sweet and tangy pork sausage. (7.9 oz.)
  • Anchovy Stuffed Manzanilla Olives are an essential part ofa tru Spanish tapas course. (1.79 oz.)
  • Mahon is a cheddary cow's milk cheese from the Mediterranean island of Menorca in the Balearics. (8 oz.)

Everything in this assortment was delicious! I especially enjoyed the cheeses and chorizo. It is perfect to entertain with or just snack on like we did on a Saturday watching football.

I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my GodMother... the Gourmet Kitchen Goddess! Knowing my God Mom I knew I'd get an honest opinion on how good or bad it was... I must tell you that she gave rave reviews saying it was fantastic and she was quite impressed.

She is one of the most important people in my life and making her Christmas special was high on my priority list.

Thank you for helping me to make her Christmas a more special.
