Cranberry Chevre with Cinnamon: This chevre is fresh and creamy with a slightly sharp and lightly acidic flavor. Made in Canada, they have added a flavorful twist to the traditional goat log by topping it with cranberries and cinnamon. (4.6 oz)
Oltermanni by Finlandia: Oltermanni is the first and only cheese of its kind, now available in the United States. A delightfully smooth, mild and creamy cheese with a tangy, yet gentle taste, Finlandia (its manufacturer) refers to it as a "Baby Muenster". (8 oz)
Swiss by Martel: This mild swiss has a sweet flavor that ends with that classic zippy swiss taste. Springy in texture, this cheese is interspersed with several walnut-sized holes. (8 oz)

Used the cheeses to entertain during the holiday season. The six pack of different cheeses, was large enough to give people a varitity from which to choose, in order to find the one they liked best. My favorite was the blue cheese it was wonderful! It was well worth the money I spent, just to have the right snack in the frige as uninspected quest droped by.
