I would a pretty good assortment of cheeses because you get a lot for your money. The price is reasonable but shipping makes this expensive. Also, the two little cold packs were already melted by the time my package arrived but as instructed I put in fridge and cheese hardened up nicely. I liked the havarti dill and the mild swiss the best 4-5 stars for those. The cheddar was pretty good but nothing special, typical cheddar 3 stars for that one. I was a bit disappointed with the smoked gouda as smoked gouda is one of my favorites but this one was just so so. I have had better smoked gouda in other gift baskets and from upscale supermarkets so 2 stars for that. I did not like the tube of goat cheese, very plain almost like a tube cream cheese 1-2 stars for that and 1-2 stars for the bleu cheese a bit strong for me. OK for someone wanting variety, but shipping charges a bit and lack of cold packaging. Only 2 I really thought were above average.

This is a nice assortment of cheeses that make an easy hors d'oeuvre. The flavors aren't too challenging but there's some surprises so it will work for all your guests, whether they are foodies or have simpler tastes. The assortment goes well together and covers a variety of tastes. We just opened them up, let them breathe and set them out for New Years Eve hors d'oeuvre.
