We are happy to present this scrumptious gift box of cheeses from the “land down under” for your enjoyment. The delicious cheeses are from one of the premier dairies in Australia with the reputation for producing the sweetest milk. So, go ahead, have a g'day and savor some of igourmet's best Australian offerings.
  • Roaring 40's Blue has become one of our best-selling blue cheeses, with its creamy texture and sharp, yet buttery flavor. (8 oz.)
  • Great Ocean Road Australian Cheddar This sharp white cheddar hails from Australia, where it joins Stokes Point and Mainland Cheddar as a new favorite from down under. (8 oz.)
  • Aussie Jack This Monterrey Jack-style cheese has lacy holes, a tangy pleasant flavor, and melts wonderfully on the grill or in sauces.(8 oz.)
  • Stokes Point Smoked Cheddar: This cheddar is made in the traditional way, matured for nine months and then smoked with Tasmanian hardwood. Its beautiful, edible golden rind, created during smoking, has a rich, smoky flavor. (8 oz)
  • Australian Flatbreads Australian Flatbreads are traditionally hand-made in wood-fired oven kilns and served with an assortment of dips and vegetables. (Two boxes, 4 oz each)
  • Crackerthins Australian Watercrackers: Crackerthins are a premium water cracker. Thin and crispy, they are perfect served with fine cheese, spreads, and pates. (5.3 oz)
  • Australian Chocolate Panforte Chocolate and nuts add a luxurious, cocoa-y body to the cheese. The fruit adds a slightly tart and a citrus high note which is slightly softened by the fruits sugar glaze. (4.2 oz.)

Comments about A Little Bit of Australia:

The Australian Cheddar is the best I have tasted. Much more flavorful than traditional cheddar. The jack tastes more like an American mild cheddar than American jack. The blue is great on a salad. The macadamias were much more tasty than those from US grocery stores. I'll be buying this assortment again!

This is areally great selection that, with the addition of one more kind of cracker, was all we needed to serve for wine-tasting appetizers. Great flavors of cheeses!
